Question Door needs to be slammed

Hey all,

So I had extensive engine repairs done and now my passenger door won't close properly unless I slam it really hard or my window is down. Obviously it's an air pressure thing.

I'm not sure if they had to remove my door or not during the repairs.

The body shop was the one that told me to roll down my window to fix the problem, but that doesn't seem like a fix to me.

What's up...should they fix it, or is that not really their problem?

Thx

you can't close your door? that is definitely not your problem. Have you gone to the dealer? 2008 should still be under warranty.

If I close it with regular force it doesn't close totally, it thinks its something to put jam in.

I have to really pull hard on it, but it does close.

that is there issue they obviously didn't re seat the seal correctly don't let them pull a fast one on you, you need to complain and if they won't hear the complaint go to the next level. I just spent an entire year getting my cars paint fixed correctly, and they're just doing it now ( for the last week ) and I made it all the way up to the president of the east coast region or whatever of Statefarm to actually get shit done.. Gotta do what you gotta do, its your car not theirs you have to live with it.
