One of the lights in the lower door wasnt working so i pulled the panel and noticed the socket was in the door and the wires were stripped bare

I think the body shop yanked it and ripped it. I got the socket and prongs out and did a little soldering but the light doesn't work

Not sure if it's a fuse or other? but would 3 work and not 1?

any advise would be appreciated

i cant recall there being 4 fuses. so if one is out.......get a test light in there.
no power then door panel off/
