Delayed Acceleration Pickup?

So in my never ending quest to understand and learn about my TSX, I've noticed that whenever I try to floor it when entering ramp to highway, there's a very strong noticeable delay in the acceleration.

As in, I floor it, the rpm feels really slow to jump up? Then after a brief delay, I get the pull and lurch forward. Is this normal? This is probably one of the biggest things that bother me when it comes to this car.

So my question is, is this normal? or is something wrong in the intake to exhaust cycle?

How many miles are on your car? Mods? Condition of the car?

Could be anything from spark plugs to bad fuel. If you're in a manual, I'd tell you to downshift.

22k miles, home 2 months from dealership, bought used. No mods as far as I know.

It's a 5AT with S so I can downshift and catch the boost, but I'm just wondering if it's an actual issue with my TSX or are all TSX's slow on the pickup.

It is a pretty common thing for most new cars with drive by wire throttles and factory tunes. There's a simple fix, and we have it available for $299.99 shipped It's called Sprint Booster, and it eliminates throttle delays, and increases throttle response.
