Check VSA System Light

Hi, did anybody meet this problem before? My car is a 2010 TSX w/o Tech, which has 5600miles so far. The "Check VSA System" light on my car started to come out some day last week. Every time after I turn off the engine, the light will go off, but when I start the engine again, after about 10 minutes of normal driving, the light will be on again... I haven't had this problem before... Any suggestion? Thanks.

I encountered a similar problem but the message just showed up once and was gone when i restarted the car but the message was recorded in the nav's message center. I showed it to the dealer and they changed my battery under warranty. I gladly accepted a free new battery and never had that problem come up so far.
