Bluetooth Phone became very noisey

Hi everyone, the other day my 2012 TSX SE 6-spd (non tech) lost pairing with my phone. I have been using the same phone since I got the car back in December 2011.
I paired the phone again and everything seemed to work properly, but now when a person calls me the phone is very noisey, almost like alternator noise.
I have to transfer back to my phone to get the caller to hear me clear.

Anyone come across this problem?

What type of phone is it? iPhone, Android (which model), Blackberry, etc?

You could need a reboot of the phone which is simple enough. Or you may need to unpair and repair the phone again and see if that solves the problem. It sounds more like a phone problem than an Acura problem though.

The phone is an older Casio GZOne. I did reset it. Steps as follows: 1 Removed all phones by deleting it in the phone setup menu in the TSX.
2 Deleted Bluetooth paired device on my GZOne phone.
3 Removed the battery from my phone.
4 Repaired phone with TSX bluetooth.

This gave me the same symptom of noise (alternator type) and it does not matter if the engine is running or not running.
Also this is the same phone I have been using since December 2011.

I do realize the phone is old, but the phone itself sound fine until it is going through HFL in the car.
I do have another phone but it is not activated, I might try activating it and pairing that one as well just to see if the noise is there.

Update:
I tried another phone and same results. I ended up going under the hood to access the fuse box there.
1. I disconnected fuse #15 Acc.
2. After waiting a few seconds I put it back in.
3. I then turned the ignition to Acc. position.
3. Turned my radio on (I needed to put the security code back in the radio) and set my clock and presets as they were lost.
4. Then I paired the Casio GZOne to the car.
5. The noise is completely gone.

I guess it needed to be reset for whatever reason! But at least it doesn't have to go to the Dealership for warranty work.
