I'm having a problem with the auto-dimming feature on the navigation screen. It is supposed to go into night mode (dim the screen) when it gets dark or I engage my headlights, but under both scenarios, it doesnt auto-dim, so I am forced to press the button with the Moon/Sun to manually dim the screen. Does anyone else have this problem?

it is because you have the dimmer dial all the way up.
click it back one notch and the auto-dim feature should kick in.

Problem solved. Dimming dial on dashboard set to the highest auto assumes that you have full control of dimming controls.
