2010 tsx won't start
2010 acura tsx won't start
I replaced the starter still nothing
replaced the battery still nothing
had a mechanic come out and tested all my fuses under the hood and in the car still nothing
the mechanic said hey do you have a aftermarket alarm on your car, no I don't. only alarm problem I had was the alarm started ringing very early 2 months back and haven't work since then, been driving the car since then and didn't have a starting problem.
my mechanic gave me to suggestions it may be the neutral safety switch or it may be the factory stopping it from starting
totally frustrated don't know what's the problem and don't want to spend money on unnecessary parts
any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

You don't say but sounds like starter does not engage or even click when key is turned?
If yes, check for 12V start signal (when key turned to start) at the starter on the small b/w wire at the starter.
If missing, check for 12v ignitions switch signal to the starter cut relay in under dash fuse box. If signal available, then bad starter cut relay or missing ground path to relay threw trans range switch. You can jumper the range switch to insure ground path. If that works then new range switch.
If start signal from ignition switch is missing, a new ignition switch assy (electrical part) is indicated.
good luck
