Hi all,

I need advise here. I just got the car, two weeks old and low and behold, cleaning the snow off the front just below of the Acura emblem on the left side where you have the slotted grill and found all broken in pieces, win some pieces missing. These are all plastic and right behind it of course is the radiator. No damage marks on the rad from what I can tell. Grill plastic appears quite brittle. I'm very disappointed as I don't recall anything hitting the front end while I driving.

So what would be a good fix? Should I go ahead and replace with oem... I think that's like over 200$ cdn. Or should I DIY something like cut all those plastic grille surrounding the emblem and put some kind of a painted mesh, perhaps in alumimum mesh. This would be more tougher that that plastic stuff. Suggestions? Thougths please.

 

replace it with oem, get ct carbon fiber grille, or heel toe's jdm grille!
