I have a problem that the car won’t start or will die intermittently and randomly. This is accompanied by rapid clicking noise and sometimes random dash warning lights. Also, recently it will repeatedly try to pair with my phone even through it is already paired and connected.

the clicking noise sounds like a relay opening and closing rapidly.

any ideas of what could be causing this and where to start troubleshooting?

 

sounds like loose connections at the battery or alternator

I found it. It was a loose ground at the intake manifold.
