2009 TSX Trunk won't open!!!
So my trunk does not open...not with FOB, not with the button on the door and not with the button by license plate. I have checked the switch inside the glove compartment as mentioned in the blog and that is "on".
We were thinking it was a problem with the latch because we would pound on top and after some pounding it seemed to "loosen" it or something and we would press the button on the FOB/door/license plate and it would open. Now, that won't even work! HELP!!
Any suggestions??

Burning Brakes
It could be the rubber seal on the trunk jamb that is causing it to stay close. Maybe spray some lubricate, I don't know what but give it a try.

Honda Shin-Etsu Grease is the best for those rubber seals.

The plastic cover that holds the latch on the bumper tends to fall-off.move easily, it could be binding and not allowing the electronic motor to open it. remove that plastic cover and see if it opens it, also the latch that is held by two screws (tends to come lose, specially after a bumper collision). If that got loose it could've thrown the alignment off causing it to not open. it moves up and down and can be easily adjusted.
