Sup all?! I got my car, a CBP A-Spec, last November (back in '12). I wouldn't really call this my build or progress thread since I might not be posting a lot BUT I'll update this from time to time. It'll show the bits and pieces (hopefully more than that) of my CU2.
And yes, I know, I still don't have a photo of my CU2 yet LOL. At it's current state, I refuse to take any pictures of it. I'll grab maybe two pics of it when I swap my winter steelies off and back on with my A-Spec wheels.
Now enough talking about what this thread is and is not, or about me not willing to photograph my car in winter mode... Here's a few teasers showing what to expect.
More to come... hopefully... one day... soon?... yea...

Congrats on your purchase, nice to have another Canadian in the forum.
The deck lid spoiler and the coils will look great on your A-spec. Just be forewarned, the Yokohama Advan Sports tires on those 18" A-Spec rim only has a 180 wear rating, we are talking about less than 30K km (20k miles) wear. Though they are super quiet and sticky.
Out here on the left coast, I have switched back to my 19" summer tires already.

You are very fortunate to get an A-Spec as they only made 200 for Canada.
The ones over here in Vancouver has Yokohama Advan Sport on them, just like ttk5 white one. They may have change the spec, but at least the S-drive has a 300 rating and will last a lot longer.
Here's ttk5 one from Vancouver with the Advan Sport tire

LOL True :/ i only have 1 aha
Yea it took the dealer around a month to locate a CBP MT A-Spec. There were only a total of 4 A-Specs left when I placed my purchase last September/October.
Black fusa and tsuna
Lol personally, i'm not a huge fan of these wheels. I think theyre too messy and a lot of newer cars nowadays seem to be rocking similar designs (i.e. BRZ/FRS) lol but then again, to each our own.

This would actually be my first forum meet i'm attending lol. Other meets that I went to were either just to show my friends some support or i got dragged to. Went to ertefa 2 times, got dragged LOL. Went to Nextmod's BBQ, got dragged. Went to OptionJDM's BBQ, my friend used to work there so was showing some support.
I'm cool with the Vaughn IKEA area by 400/7. That would be closer to you too, no?

We really need to get a date and location down ASAP. If we meet after April, my new wheels should be on. If we meet before, I'd still be on my OEM A-Specs, prob only lowered.
Hoping to get my fitment done for the Fitted meet You gonna reach?

And nope, I got it at Maruyichi (MY Racing). The place with the black R35 GTR and the black R324 GTR thats been in some of nextmod's photos. A friend of mine takes pics for MY and got me a decent price for the BC coils

LOL well i tried haha. I'd probs be going regardless of being lowered or not. Even modded or not lol just to show some support haha.
You should reach too even if you're stock height. Should be quiet a scene.

My other friend's FA5 to FD2 conversion isn't coming out from storage until summer. He doesnt want spring to rain on his car LOL so don't think he'll be rolling in his show car..
I just literally browsed through his fb pictures hoping to see that CSX to Type R conversion, unfortunately no luck
