I can't speak for the OP but can for some members and myself who recently got the remaining '10 models. The '11 front end looks less aggressive and dealerships are more willing to be flexible with the '10 models.

Well I got it for 31,475 otd price I don't know if that is a good price or not but I hate to bargain the price. I know that way I'll save more $ but still I was too tempting to buy the car as there were few 2010 left so. Also I got the 0.9 APR and I don't want to miss that low interest rate cause of the Acura season event offer. Moreover, they gave me all season floor mat, trunk tray, and splash guards for free of charge 
Yeah I totally agree with you there, I saw the '11s but they don't have that aggressive look like the '10 has. As you stated dealership are very flexible with the '10 model cause they want to sell it before this year ends.
