just for future reference, use the search link at the top of the page. I see you posted about springs in a few threads already and using the search could have already yielded you an answer. ANYWAYS, here you go number are Front/Rear

Eibach- 1"/1"
H&R- 1.3"/1.2"
Progress- 1.2"/.8"
Htech- 1.1"/.7"
Stech- 1.6"/1.4"

Sorry for getting off topic OP

lol yea i tried searching earlier and found like 13 pages, was kinda lazy, so i just posted a question, and then while bored i narrowed my search and found a bunch lol, thanks for the help tho, but anyways... to stay on topic,
looks sick tho, even with stock rims, i think im gonna go H-techs, as S might be too big of a drop for me

Nice upgrade, you're following the H/A natural progression, and it's off to a great start.

A EBP EM1 Si...that's not trashed or gutted or stolen?! Sweet deal, man! You must have been sad to see that peach go. TSX is definitely a step up in every way, though. And it looks you're on the right modding track so far. Good luck!

Apparently there was 5 cars in between the Electron Blue Si and this one, it kinda confused me too.

Looks good, dude...but I'm partial to white cars.

But now that you lowered the car you have to get bigger tires because the drop makes your wheels look too small for the car. LOL.
