My new 2013 TSX SE 6 speed

Hi all! I ordered my new car back in March and after much waiting it came home at last. This is my third Acura, having previously owned a 2006 TSX 6 speed and a 2007 TL-S 6 speed.

As of this weekend I've put about 300 miles on it (it came with 5 after the PDI), and I finally got around to snapping some photos. I absolutely love the car. It has everything I want and nothing I don't. In my mind, it's the perfect hybrid of the last two Acuras I had.

Welcome man, you picked up a sweet ride - those seats and shift boot match the interior very well. Any plans in regards to mods?

I have a few mods in mind. Mechanically I'm going to keep it stock though I'd consider getting a CT Icebox and perhaps an RV6 cat delete. Aesthetically I'm considering the following:

- Paint grille body color

- Replace stock exhaust tips with Magnaflow tips like 09TSXTech did: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=824598

- Do something with the DRLs. I don't know of any LED bulbs that can actually function as high beams, and I must retain my high beams. So I'm thinking of maybe sacrificing my fog lights and using LEDs in them as my DRLs. I'm not a fan of the aftermarket LED strips; They just seem tacky IMO.

- Might replace the wheels, though I'm not sure yet. At first I didn't like them but now they've already sort of grown on me.

- 20%-ish window tint on everything but the windshield

I did sell the TL a while back, and since our Acuras hold their value so well, I actually made a quite a bit of money from it, so that was a nice surprise.

In the interim while waiting for this TSX to get here, I've been either riding one of the bikes (all three are Hondas, so I'm not being a traitor!), or my '90 Prelude track car (which is still street legal and registered):

interesting prelude whats done to that? If you want the free mod for now do the resonator delete on the intake or the really ghetto way like me and just remove the rubber from the intake box and resonator. It sounds so much better after doing that.

That year Prelude came with the B21A1 engine originally, and it was one of Honda's first attempts at using FRM cylinder liners. They all end up prematurely wearing out their rings and drinking tons of oil, so this one has a JDM B20A which has good ol' iron liners. Along with that is a P06 ECU with a JDM B20A ROM loaded (supposed to be 160bhp), Ground Control springs, Tokico blue shocks, poly bushes and ball joint boots, DC Sports header, and a 2.5" exhaust that is way too loud.

Sitting in my garage are the front and rack steering racks, center shaft, and rear subframe to do a 4WS swap... I just haven't gotten around to tearing everything apart to do it. I will soon though as the stock front rack has developed a small leak inside and some fluid is seeping into the inner tie rod area.

If anyone has a lead on the brand name or vendor of these high-beam worthy LEDs, I am very interested. I've searched around the internet but all I come up with the same old low-lumen nonsense, usually from China.
