Damn. I keep viewing this thread and makes me sick to my stomach knowing that'll i'll never see one of these on the road, especially in red. Hell, i probably won't even see a milano red Acura TSX.

Why, Acura, why must your panel of demographic marketing expertise be so clueless. A brilliant red car will sell quicker than a dull red car in most cases. Take a red tomato to the face Acura...

I agree completely!

The problem is car enthusiasts, like those on this forum, are the minority what we want seldom reflects the "big picture." As an enthusiast this is a shame, however, I can respect they have to appeal to the majority of their market. That said, manufacturers are wising up a bit. When the first generation TSX came out it was not available with PWP or Milano Red and a black interior, by 05(or maybe 06 at the latest) they had the black interior available in both of those colors. If enough people speak up, sometimes they listen.

Damn dude. We should make a thread or email the people high up in Acura and Mugen to produce or at least sell these parts in the US, because then I'm sure 2nd gen owners will purchase this. I'm feeling the seats no doubt!

+1

To add to your point, I do not think it is necessarily a MFG trying to make a ton of money with additional add ons. Just putting out a modded version of the base model can help get customers that would never buy Acura based on the stock look. I know I would have never purchased my 07 TL-S if I could not get the A-Spec package. When I bring my TL-S into the dealer for service there is at least one or two customers that are floored with the look of my car. They ask "What is it?" "Is that aftermarket?" "I did not know Acura sold that...". Marketing 101!

^ Marketing is lacking a bit...lol

Which is why I think Scions have taken off (appears to be that way) and had so much success.

I'm digging it sans wing.

Doggydog, check with king-motorsports.com or kingmotorsports.com they're the exclusive Mugen importer for the US. They would have info on what pieces are available and if they fit or not.
