car looks good bro. mind if we see some normal shots of your car that arent so highly edited pics are great, just want to see what the headlight and taillight tints look like without fancy lighting effects and stuff

OMG! ME want!!! drools!!! haha. Did you smoke your turn signals or did you slight tint them blue? Or is that part of the effects of the picture? Also, how did you tint your rear lights? I kinda like that smokey colored and would like to replicate your work =) Can you lead me in the correct direction pretty please! =D

smoking the back taillights and possibly adding some blue tint to the headlights were definitely next on my to-do list for mine.

i was really curious about how the tailights would look smoked, and im diggin em man.

just a suggestion. put black vinyl on the roof and color match the grille and you'll have the perfect PWP TSX

thanks for the photos dude.

Someone requesting the normal shot, so I took some 1 hour ago.
Sorry for crippy quality of pic, I dont have better camera, gotta borrow my fd's D80 to take better pics.

A lot of you guys interesting about the tint headlight/taillight,
I didnt do it by myself, I ask the tinting window guy to do it for me, perfect cut and excellent quality!
I was choosing the light grey as my tint headlight but that guys misundertand w/ me, so the headlights and fog are blue-ish now, however it is actually surprising me how it look!

Before I did the tint tail and head, I was curious if it is against law and cop may staring on you. In Alberta, as long the care behind you can see the brake light clearly, it will not have any problem. As same as headlights.

The guy just did it both side in 30 mins, it doesnt need to take off something to tint it. After no washing car for 2 days the tint is sticking on the headlights. Whenever you don't feel like to the look anymore, you can just bring a hair dryer and take it off!

I got my rim online in 1010tires, I was going to get the rim from tirerack but the custom fee will be aweful..

Hah...guys
I just totally love my tint headlights/fog lights!
I installed the PIAA fog lights, everyone knows that they are never matched to OEM HID lights,
after the tints, it delicately change HID and fog to the same (or almost the same) color~

Some of u guys recommand to paint match the grills,
I think I am going to purchase Mugen Carbon grill since I got a connection in Japan.

remember...to use the mugen grille you need the euro grille. Its kinda stupid but the mugen grille uses the frame from the stock grille. SO:

Stock euro grille + Mugen grille = Mugen grille

Yeah, the car is lowered with Eibach Spring. Not super low but enough to drive out/in the sideway without hit the bumper. It is not Japan's plate. It is mimic euro plate with my home country's (Taiwan) flag on it. Some of people would say it looks stupid but I dont care

Rubbing? what do you mean by rubbing? I didn't consider about 20" on this, it would decrease the fuel economy

I think tires cost me almost 1k Canadian dollars, U.S. will be a lot cheaper.

Does 18x8, 40 offset RAZR fit?

Davan, any fit problems with the 40 offset on your wheels? A local dealer here tells me they won't fit, looks like they fit on your car!

I'm thinking of lowering mine.

I also have 18 inch enkei's.

annyyy problem with rubbing/bottoming out/hitting curbs/etc?

I just graduated from college and got this...so I'm a little tentative to do something that would result in the 'rents castrating me.

Also - (this goes out to everyone) - lowering a car like this one voids warranty on anything associated with springs/suspension..right? So, has any1 had problems going to dealership for a fix and the dealership holding springs accountable?

ALSOOOO - when getting your wheels, did you ever think 19s, or 18s all the way?

I got my rims originally and was content with 18s, but now seeing more and more owners putting on 19s I feel like 18s might be small for a car like this.

Thats why I feel like lowering the car will also make the rims look larger to the eye?

19" looks solid when you're not going to for the tuner look. You'll see that most the 18's people have on there cars are wheels that are tuner / racer inspired and are usually awkward colors, or not shiny. the 19 / 20 " wheel owners aren't going so much for the race inspired looks but the vip / classy / stealth look not trying to draw too much attention to the vehicle but when you sit next to it at a red light you can't help but stare.
