[AUS] '12 CBP Goodness
Hey Everyone 
Thought I should share my story with my first car
Ever since i was a kid i was keen on cars, my cousins and I would tell each other countless stories: from our dream garages to list of modifications we would do.
As i got older and closer to getting behind the wheel i built up a list of cars that i would want for my first car ranging from: S-Chassis, Skylines, Supras, WRXs but due to the dreaded P Plate laws that banned Turbo and S'C cars
my list simplified. On this list with various other cars was the CL9 accord euro, between 2010 and '11 I came up with a pretty extensive list on what i wanted to with it once i owned one but alas it was not to be. My parents did not like the shape and mum insisted on a brand new car and so i pointed out the CU2 to them instant approval
but i needed my P's first.
So at the start of this year i managed to get my P's and the keys to 'Yura' (Yep, named my car

and the first mod...

The fortnightly clean....... (27/8/12)
Annnnnd clean
During some time in September, on my way to uni at 6am I was hearing a distinctive clunk from one of the tyres, turned out there was a screw in my left rear tyre but not just any screw it happened to be one with the bolt heads, so I pulled over at the nearest service station to change tyres. As i was doing this the a strong wind blast made the jack slip and go up my lower sill panel and removed quite a bit of paint and dinted it up pretty bad, I think I was laying on the ground for quite a while
WORST DRIVE HOME EVER
(No pics, it was a sad moment)
But it got repaired $800 lighter, good as new
Decided to park next to a DB9 i found in my area (18/9/12)
Shot I took today (4/10/12)

Eventually, student budget is an ass
Window tint and Mugen visors up first, later on coils and rims are on the cards hopefully

Yesterday a mate and I went out for a bit of a photo session, when we arrived and I pulled out my camera it had no memory card in it So I pulled out my trusty Nokia N8 and snapped away

Grrrrr.......
and today I was at Calder Park Raceway to support one of my cousins at a drift day in his just finished R32 skyline so here are some pics I took I didn't get much as it started raining early on
(Warning: Extremely n00b Photographer, You have been warned)

Cousins 32 out for first run......
.....and towed back due to blowing fuses that was caused by an exposed wire in his air flow meter touching the body when out in the corners
RB20 that makes 242KW or 329HP
Finally deciding to get my visors, so stay tuned for updates

P plates are our probationary licence period that's after our learners permit and before we receive a full licence and the law requires us to have red P plates(What i am on now) for a year with a good driving record before moving to a second stage that requires green P plates, we are not allowed to drive high powered cars ie. v8's, turbo or supercharged cars unless you apply to be exempted from the law(which i hear is almost impossible without a legitimate reason, if any of you guys watch tennis a while back Bernard Tomic was busted by the cops driving his e92 m3 past his curfew hour while on his p's) anyways the law passed to try and reduce the amount of accidents and deaths on the roads that were caused by young drivers and high performance cars
