I dont think it would be too hard to make them...just find some leds or something and bring a wire from the taillights to down there...i might actually give this a try if i have time. Does anyone know how to take these reflectors off?

Yeah, reflectors pop out from the rear bumper cover. You have to remove the bumper.

Those lights are probably not OEM, just LED strips most probably

The best IMO would be to somehow hook it up to the brake lights so it works...just like the one in the video

I took one of mines off today. Theres like a clip from the inside of the bumper that you have to press.. but i dont think theres gonna be a problem with hooking up these lights to the brake lights...my dad is an automotive electrician, and he said he doesnt think theres gonna be a problem and it easy

if you and your dad tackle this, please take lots of pictures and notes...and make a DIY...i'm interested in this but being that i'm not very electrical savvy, it may be out of my range. with the right DIY though, might try it.

i actually planned on doing this. the one i talked to about this said we'll have to switch out the bumper reflectors and just hook it up to the break lights.

^^i dont think you would have to do that. Hondo did it by cutting the reflectors apart, then putting an led strip inside and gluing it back...now i just have to find something to put in there..

You´re right supafly, I will ask my friend what kind of strips he used. I know that they are 1m long, and 1m is enough for 3 Reflectors. He does the same Job as on mine on 25th March for a friend, he wants the Reflectors as Brakelights.
