Original plan was a custom magnaflow setup. That was before even got the downpipe. Went to 8 different shops and only 1 guy said he would be able to install it. But wasn't very confident in how it would look. But wanted to charge $400 and that's too much for a sloppy looking install.
Would have been $800 including all the parts I bought.
$200 more I could have gotten the CT-E catback, but was never overly impressed with the CT-E. (Their website now says it's discontinued, btw)

So I got the fox shipped from a shop in Germany. Wasn't cheap, but still cheaper than than $800 magnaflow set up. Straight bolt on setup and pretty easy to install. Direct fit and took about an hour.

Rasp is completely gone. Replaced by a really low, deep, aggressive tone. But it's still crazy loud! Same volume as the rasp was without the exhaust, but now it's deep instead of high pitch. Gonna add a resonator just to try and quiet it down.

Could be in my head, but I feel the car does pull a little harder. My gf drives my car sometimes and she said the same thing before I evn told her I installed the exhaust.

It's funny when people see this lowered car, with wheels, all modified, with this loud aggressive ass exhaust, look over and see this chick driving it. It's hilarious.

Originally bought Magnaflow resonator, mufflers, and tips. Advanced auto has 90 day return policy, so returned them after 2 months of no luck getting them installed.

Then I heard about the fox. Contacted every shop I could find that carried it. Found 2 that would ship it. Both quoted about the same. $700 with shipping. Not cheap, but still $50 less than the magnaflow setup would have costed with the install.

I just ordered an $80 vibrant resonator. I can easily install it myself, so that brings the total to $780. $30 more than Magnaflow, and still $120 less than a full cat back like CT-E.

The fox is bad a**! Tone is really deep and the rasp is completely gone. But the volume is still crazy loud. So I'm adding the resonator to try and lower the volume a little.

Here is the email of who I ordered it through if anyone is interested:
info@sportauspuff-direkt.de. They also have an eBay store on the eBay Germany site. I can't find the email address of the 2nd store, but I think it was also from eBay.
Price is going to depend on value of € compared to U.S. $.. Just FYI

Oh great, NOW he tells me...

BTW, Vibrant resonator on stock exhaust with stock 2nd cat also = no rasp. Some day soon, will post a video. I am a big fan of the PCD, especially when coupled with a CAI. Honda engines just love it when you open up the intake and exhaust!

Im sure the fox exhaust is great. But I just cant justify the price for half an exhaust and realistically like no power gains. But yea I bet its great to listen to haha!

Quick question for Richie (& I think this question is for everyone concerned with emissions). If we order the PCD/HFC combo, can an O2 bung be added to the HFC just after the cat core? Using an O2 sensor extension, you could then move the 2nd O2 sensor to the HFC. In theory, with a hot cat, this should improve chances of passing emissions (especially for those where they plug into the OBD2 port).

It looks like there's room on the HFC on the exit side for a bung, but I don't think the sensor wire/wire harness is long enough to all the way there unless there's a custom extension to stretch the distance.

Well done bro. I couldnt find you a better place to buy the Fox. I bought the pipes for my Testpipe at tha same shop. Only sad thing is, that the same seller offered the Fox for 460€ two months ago. Price went up to 590€ and now its 535€. Up and down like Oilprice, haha.
You got a better quote to USA like me to my home, he charged me 710$ for the Fox, about three weeks ago.LOL

For those who want a stainless steel middle resonator, look here for the Pipe, must be a perfect fit. But no experience with this, but I would go this way PCD, Testpipe, this resonator and the Fox. So you have a atraight stainless steeel exhaust

whoa good find. I wonder how much it is shipped to Canada/America.
Its only 63mm though, but it is stainless steel. hmm. Intriguing.. the resonator on this pipe will help with the rasp you guys think?

Just picked this up today. RBC manifold. I plan to bore it out to 70mm and use the J35 throttle body or the ZDX throttle body.

I see no reason to complicate things with the included defouler you shouldn't have a cel in the first place.

Total price I paid including the vibrant resonator was still cheaper than a full cat-back like CT-E, ect. And the same price I would have paid for custom magnaflow cat-back with install.

CEL light has gone away on his own three days ago. All I did was fasten the defouler (it was a little loose) and turn it in about 30 degrees from vertical until it was secure. Seems it did the trick for the moment.

Otherwise, nice mod, excluding the rasp. The performance is there: my 80-120 km/h time in 3rd gear went from 5.1-5.2 seconds to 4.8-4.9, which is pretty good.

hey guys, looks like i will not be tuning with the PCD because it wont be here on time. tuning will still be with the RSP, SRI, and exhaust though. i am actually a little disappointed with the service i got from RV6. i was expecting the pipe 6-10days after payment, but it took over a fortnight to be SENT. i even informed them of when i needed the PCD but no action was taken towards it. If i had known that it was going to be sent out later than expected, i would have requested express shipping as i do not mind paying a little extra for things to arrive on time. RV6 did send me an email and apologized and also gave me a reason as to why the order was sent out late which is fine, but an earlier notice would have been appreciated so that other things can arranged.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we do not keep the export version in stock. We had a export model built for you 8/8 and you had informed us that you would be making the purchase 9/2 however I did not hear back from you until 9/19 at that point another customer from Australia had already purchased our export model. We started working on your order right away however we had to wait for a few components from our supplier. I will contact the first customer and see if he would be interested in sharing a tune if he has one.

Yup you O-Band clamp it back together. Shipping the full version will cost ~$280 to AU while the export version costs ~$100.

Just got a CEL saying to check my emission. This was after about 600 miles in total and after a 4 hour of drive on the highway. It happened right when I got to my destination so I just turned off the car. When I turned it back on it went away. 3 defoulers FTW? lol
