Exclamation issues from LED interior light replacement???

I bought some LED replacement lights for my 2010 TSX and when I was replacing the dome map lights in the front, I put in the driver side light fine and after struggling to try to put in the passenger side light i heard a noise (kind of like a short circuit or something like that). after that noise the both dome map lights won't turn on(front and back), the doors won't lock if i try to use the key fob to lock them and the rear door lights that light up the floor won't turn on. What can i do to fix this? I don't know if it would be the fuse or something else that i could have messed up during installation. I apologize if somebody had posted a question like this before I'm new to here and i tried to use the search feature but didn't find anything. Also this is my first car and i don't have much experience dealing with cars. Thanks for you help in advance!!!

Is your blinker fluid full? If they are full, you might need to replace the entire wiring harness...

keep the lights off so you don't short anything

rule of thumb when working with electrical components, disconnect the battery.

Yeah, the general rule of thumb is to disconnect the battery before replacing the light bulbs.

Seems silly.

I always thought so too.

But so many people have had this exact problem when replacing the lights for LEDs.

So it might be a good idea.

But I still don't do it.

Because YOLO.

And because...
