CT-Engineering Cat-Back Exhaust
Here are some pics of the exhaust system. It is still in development so they may make changes. No power figures yet, they will be doing all the dyno work on my car this week.

High & tight, I dig it.
For some reason, I really like how the cans are canted a little bit outboard.
If it's like their other stuff, chibianh, it will be deep & quiet & if it doesn't make power, they don't produce it. If it's too loud for one's taste, they usually offer inserts that can be easily & quickly removed.

I think it's just the angle of the photo shot that doesn't show where both cans are rotated slightly outward. Is that what you mean?
Go look at a 99-02 TL-S or 01-03 CL-S (with stock exhaust) and if you look closely enough I think you'll find the stock cans aren't exactly level either. I forget which one was up or down, but I noticed it on enough of them to remember that.

Sorry but I still haven't done a good sound clip yet. The exhaust system that they put on my car is going to be a little different than the one that they are going to produce. With that said I don't know if I should just wait until they start to produce them for a more accurate sound clip.

I like how it still looks very stockish.
My concern is the sound, which I'd want no change. I don't want a loud exhaust, something identical in sound to the stock system that can produce more power would be perfect.

however i DO want some nice sound out of it though, not too loud but audiable.
The exhaust should be out in about a month to two max. The exhaust tips are only 4 inch. The factory exhaust tips are a little over 3 inch. There is not a hugh difference looking at a stock tsx compaired to mine. I still don't have an accurate sound clip as mine is not silenced as the production model will be.
It's pretty normal for a na car not to make any additional HP with a cat back. I've always been of the mind that if you buy an exhaust for a car that is na it's for the sound and sound alone.
What you would consider a exhaust manifold/header is now integrated into the head. This was done to place cat close to head for fast pre-heat/warm up . Only thing you could do is make free flowing down pipe/cat but there not a lot of room there . Here a pic of down-pipe/cat which at top bolts to head . http://www.acurapartswarehouse.com/e...converter.html

been waiting for the Comptech exhaust for a while... Hope the price isn't ridiculous like every other exhaust that's available on the market right now
How much to ship to Victoria. I suppose I could always pick it up when I come down in June and ship my factory one back. That way I would be shipping a less expensive used part.
