CDV (clutch delay valve)

Does anyone know if the cu2 has a cdv? If so has does anyone know where it is or have attempted to remove it? Thanks.

I know they have that in the TL-S, it's located in the clutch slave cylinder. I don't think ours has one as I can't find any mentioning of it in any Honda/Acura writeup.

I have no problem with the clutch during rapid shifting so this is not an issue for me.

it's like, try quick up-shifting without being on high revs. When you see the the revs drop, you can clearly see the last 2-300 revs slow down before it is fully engaged, but the clutch would be out already.

Ah, this is what they wrote about the 6MT clutch on the 2008 TL Type S:

To reduce drivetrain shock and limit the torque load on transmission components, the clutch includes a one-way delay valve located in the slave cylinder that restricts return fluid flow during rapid clutch engagement. This makes the clutch engagement more gradual during rapid release.

May be we do have one or may be the rpm drop is a function of the Electronic Throttle (Drive By Wire).
