Cargo Boxes?

Cargo Boxes?
Hey everyone, this is my first post so apologies if it's not the ideal forum!
Looking into purchasing a roof rack, ultimately for a few applications but to mount a cargo box for starters. I've been able to find quote a few discussions on different base racks but not much in the way of boxes. Anyone have any info worth sharing?
I need something long enough for skis. Been eyeing these products:

Obviously the Skybox 12 would provide more ample length for different skis but I'm wondering if 92" is kind of pushing it for length?
