i have personally talked to richie in person about a TSX exauast..he is not informed that noone makes a TSX exhaust and we will use my TSX as the test car for a Exhaust system..

it will not be a true dual as its not needed for a 4 Cyl but prob a 2.5 inch catback..hopefully sometime soon we can get started!

I would consider this if they can have it done by the end of the year.

"Ok well, here is where we are at. We have a couple dozen items in some form of completion now. We have implemented a new plan for product development but want to get some older products caught up before we start new ones. This is a pretty good priority for us to get on, so don't forget about us. But it might not be until the winter when we start having more to work with on this.

Allright boys, here is where things currently stand. It looks like Marcus (of Heeltoe) wants to go forward with working on the ATLP exhaust assuming we can get 8-9 "firm commitments."

I know we had 13 before, but I think it might be good to reconfirm interest as some people might have changed their mind.

If this is a real life item that will materialize in the next 2 - 3 months, then I will be in firm.

If not, I will just have to do a custom set up...

^^ Thinking about that, I think that most people wouldn't want 3" all the way back to the Y pipe... we may be up poo creek...

Yeah you're right. we could use 2.5 as long as it is straight through mufflers and resonator we wouldn't loose that much power and you could just crank the boost up a little more the EFR 7670 that you have is a beast of a turbo up to 650 horse and is will spool up at 2500-3000 rpm, crap I can't wait to see it done

You and I both. I am waiting for my emissions requirements document to show up at this point...

Generally I hate dealing with emissions, but this year I just want to get it done and over with, so I can get this in and on.

Reading about the Hondata traction control, I think that may be the next thing I save up for. It sounds pretty awesome, and vitviper even made comments on how great it is.

Alright, some clarification on timing, pricing and commitment requirements:

Exhaust Cost: $1100 plus shipping is needed to complete orders and ship.

Pricing Breakdown: $250 for us to get a prototype ready, refundable if user does not like our design. Then an additional $250 to secure a system from production, then all money becomes non-refundable. When the parts are about a week from shipping we will want the $600 balance.

Timing/Commitment Requirement: The R&D process usually does not take more than a couple weeks, and then there are 3 weeks or so for tooling, and then production is about 6 weeks later. 90 days or so is the total time, after we get a minimum number of $250 deposits (8-10 deposits)

Details:

We will be doing this system in 2.5" back to the Y-split, and then into dual 2.25" tailpipes. The mufflers will be oval, and the tips will be dual exhaust. The cutouts for the TSX are not really large enough to do quads. The bumper would need to be modified. I think the tips will end up around 3.5". It is going to look pretty similar to our 99-03 TL system.

I reached out to all members who previously displayed interest in the system. Only have gotten a few commitments thus far. Couple members are interested in a system with larger piping, but it seems Marcus/HT want to go with a 2.5-->2.25 system. This project doesn't look like it will take off unless I get more responses.

Cheers.

I have been thinking about the message.

I am still considering it, sorry, I've been out at a clients site working. Sometimes my response is slower when I'm out and about.
