Removing NAV screen warning

Searched the forum and haven't seen any threadso nthis.

Is it possible to remove the warning when you first start the car? So tired of getting in the car and having to select "OK" then switch to audio.

It would require you to rip the nav DVD, and burning a bootable version the car would accept
