Nav Stuck on Diagnostics

Nav Stuck on Diagnostics
Everytime the car is turned on the NAV logo comes up and then goes directly to the diagnostics screen , I can't seem to get off this screen, Ive tried everything anyone have any advice ?

this includes after turning the car off and back on? get the nav/radio code and disconnect the battery. should reboot the comp

Yes every-time the car turns off and on. this will happen , I will disconnect the battery terminals for a 1min or so and see what happens. thanks PD
