Nav Screen dim on start up.

Title pretty much says it. On 1st start up after the car has sat all night the screen is very dim. As i drive it gets brighter and eventually after about 10-15 min or so it gets to its correct brightness level. When using the car after that it seems to be fine. just when it sits overnight. Very cold temps here so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

anyone else have the same issue?

I've noticed it too, used to drive me crazy but now I just live with it. You know you can adjust the brightness depending on it being day or night right. Like both of them are independent.

Yes i know i can adjust them for day and night. I was really just wondering if this was common or if it was a problem.

Did it happen to be REALLY COLD outside the night before? This will affect the brightness of ALL LCD screens until it warms up.
