Laggy Navigation Menus

I've got an 09 TSX. Has anyone else experienced a laggy menu system on their navigation or when browsing through Ipod menus and songs? I've wondered if getting a new navigation DVD would help, but the dealership would not give me one to try since once you upgrade the disc you can't go back and I don't want to pay $200 for a new DVD and not know if that will fix the lag. Ideas?

IPod integration is definitely a bit laggy. But it doesn't bother me.

Yea mine is laggy as well, but I love the integration, it's probably the best I have seen yet, although the "unsupported" message on some iPhones is annoying, works after a few tries

The navigation DVD would have little to do with iPod integration imho. Unless there is a fundamental operating system update it will always be laggy. I hate scrolling through my playlist and waiting for the song titles appear.

I wish there was some sort of page down to scroll faster instead of scrolling through every song in my 500+ song iPhone.

If you spin the jog fast it'll scroll through the list much faster and then just watch the scroll bar on the right side of the screen. I can guess where I am in the list by where the scroll bar is positioned. Seems to work pretty well once you get used to it.

Clicking the knob down scrolls down a page at a time also.

ultimately, the ipod integration should and could be better. When I scroll down, theres a lag on the songs to appear (like it isn't ready yet). However, on my friends 08 335, when he quick scrolls like our scrolling, the songs show up quick and there's no lag. Maybe we can upgrade the unit when the '10's come out?

The iPod integration would be a helluva lot better if you could 'Menu' back and quickly scroll through the letters without having to do it 'each song scroll'. Then when you want to listen to new music, you have to go back through the whole menu instead of picking up at the letter you left off at.

I've got like...23 gigs of music, it's a PITA.
