I just bought a 2013 TSX to replace my 2005. The 2005 didn't have a key fob or customization - so this is new to me.
Both key fobs will currently start the car, lock and unlock etc.
However, neither seem to recognize as Driver 1 or Driver 2 - so I can't access any customizations (DRIVER UNKNOWN CUSTOMIZE IMPOSSIBLE). I have searched this forum and others and have found a couple of ideas, but neither have worked yet.
I have tried pushing both unlock and lock until the LED flashes twice (and off again when it flashes once) quite a number of times, but it is still not recognizing.

but that didn't seem to help either. The keys are worn, so I can't read much on the back of them, but I can see that one is marked as 1 and one is marked as 2.
Am I stuck going to a dealer?

 

Under warranty, why not take it to dealer?

 

I never even thought of that. This is the first car I have ever owned that is under factory warranty - should this be covered?

Did you do the little process with the buttons on the door to set the Driver 1 & Driver 2 positions?

Or can you not even get to that point?

That was literally the first (and only) thing the sales-dude showed me when I picked mine up so I can't speak to if the customization menu settings were as you describe or not.
