Daytime lights-LED

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway. I have a 2013 TSX, and it kills me to see my stock hallogen lights. I did some research on LED Lights but still having trouble finding good ones. There's a lot of expensive ones but expensive doesn't necessarily mean best. My friend told me to just buy the bulb, and just plug and play kinda thing. From what I've looked up, LEDS arent plug and play. UNLESS you get the fairly newer ones that already have a current regulator attached. the LEDs bulbs on eBay are super cheap, but again, it comes with no wires or anything. Someone asked me if I'm talking about HID's. I don't know much about cars, but I know the difference between HID AnD LED.kinda They were confused when I mentioned the current adapter box thingy. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT ? Are the daytime lights plug and chug bulbs found on eBay? please someone give me some insight

One of the first upgrades I did was changing out my daytime running lights to LED along with my interior. Right now everything on my car is LED except for headlight bulbs and fog lights. I will soon get LED for my fogs. Everything was plug and play, even the daytime running lights. There was no special harness or adapter to buy. I will take pictures tomorrow if you'd like and show you.
