Looks like some sort of critter got in my car and decided to snack on my wire loom. I taped back over it and noticed it got to some wires too. I was just working on a fog light mod when I saw this, no issues (knock on wood).

I attached a picture of the location. I cut and spliced it, then put heat shrink and then tape around the entire area, so it should be good. I would like to know what this is so I can keep an eye out for issues.

This is an I4 2010 TSX and this is to the top rear near the valve cover. There is a plastic box this wire comes from and goes back to. Really weird there was this small exposed section. In the picture, it is the taped piece just above the wire loom.
