The Metra Double DIN adapter I installed creaks and cracks over every bump when it's over 70 degrees out, anyone have any tips on how to quiet it? I was thinking some 3M double sided body tape but that might make it almost impossible to remove down the road.

I have to pull it out soon to wire up backup camera. Maybe strengthen it with some epoxy. It's bad enough that I have considered putting the stock radio back in. I only have one other creak/rattle and it's not 1/4 as bad.

 

Check out this kind of tape. I ordered the oem double din and it had this on alot of the backing.
