Hey guys!

Long time lurker and thought I'd finally post something now that I have an issue I can't solve!

I had a compustar installed and it works great! However, if I leave my headlights on auto, the headlights will flash along with the parking lights when I unarm the car.

Not a huge deal right now as I switch the headlight off, but would love to have this feature back.

Is this just the way the compustar is? or did the installer miss something? Any fix for this?

...you want the feature back? then just turn your headlight switch back to auto.

 

If I leave it in auto, the HIDs flash (if it's dark out) every time I un-arm the vehicle, which I don't think can be good for the HIDs.

I basically want to use the Auto feature, but not have the headlights flash when I unarm the car after I remote start it.

 

Got it. Well your installer needs to re-wire the alarm/disarm light to just your parking lights since he tapped into your head lights thus this issues.
