Bluetooth sound 12 TSX wagon

Bluetooth sound 12 TSX wagon
Hey guys just purchased a used 12 wagon and when using the Bluetooth function to make my calls the receiver tells me it sounds like I have the windows down when in fact they are up and my AC vents aren't facing up towards the mic. Any suggestions?

Is this with one receiver or everybody? If everybody (have the dealer check it out-since under warranty).
I used my bluetooth constantly, and no employees I speak to has complained at all.
I tested mine out (some one else in car, me on a landline, and no extra sound of windows down, etc).
