bluetooth issue

hey guys, i have a slight bluetooth issue. i've had my 2012 tsx v6 for about two months. the bluetooth was paired when i bought it at the dealer. it has worked flawlessly until the other day. i got a call that never really connected, i could hear the caller but he couldn't hear me...i somehow muted the call on my bb. now whenever i get in the car and the phone pairs, the handsfree link stays connected, no radio or xm and i can't make a call. it won't hang up or understand any of my commands.

any thoughts?

thanks.

  • Start by rebooting your phone. If that doesn't fix it then
  • Delete your phone from the car and delete the car from the phone. Reboot the phone
  • Delete all other unused phones from the car. Delete any unused cars from the phone. Reboot the phone
  • Re-pair your phone. Reboot and enjoy.
If that doesn't fix it then you'll need a trip to the dealer.

I'm glad it worked. Most BT issues that arise suddenly can be solved by a phone reboot.

I'm surprised OP didn't try that on his own. It reminds me of IT calls:

"Hello, IT, have you tried turning it off and on again?"

I'm not. Most people don't consider a phone or tablet a "computer" that needs to be rebooted every so often to fix memory glitches.
