Hi everyone, sorry for the basic question! But does the 2010 TSX w/ Tech navigation system speak street names (text to speech, like my $200 garmin lol)? I was looking at the 2010 Honda with Navi and I'm pretty sure it didn't speak street names. Thanks!

 

If the 2010 is like the 2009, the navi can speak street names. There's a setting for the nav (can't recall offhand what it's called) that needs to be set to the highest setting to get the street names announced. But, at that setting it also gives you so many other announcements, it gets annoying (like "Turn left a half mile ahead", "turn left a quarter mile ahead", "turn left 500 feet ahead", "turn left now", "did you forget to turn left 100 feet ago?" (jk about the last one)).
Also, when it pronounces street names, it uses a more synthesized voice that is very noticably different than Ginger's voice (my nav is named "Ginger").
