I was wondering if there was a way to have the Navi screen display the Time/Date (like some Honda Navi screen can (e.g. 2012 Odyssey Touring)?)

A black screen is such a waste when it could be used to show something other than the Nav screen.

 

with my 06 I set it on audio with the xmsirius stations-this way I know what song is playing.

 

How do you get it to play dvd movies or show current settings for the climate control (foot/defrost)? It's kinda odd when the climate control is on auto you have no idea what its doing in terms of vents that are open, if the AC is on, or fan speed.

 

Wow, a clock face with hands would be great but I take it no one has figured out a way to do it?

 

I agree - and it's just software too..all the data is there for the presentation. Lot's of things to do with a screen other than Audio Display and Nav when not needed.

I know - odd isn't it...only thing I have figured out is to press the FAN button up or down to see what it is doing...But then I think it just shows where the fans speed is at relative to your up/down button press...then back to auto as it has to be smarter than I am .
