Okay he looks at this thread periodically. The stock DP should be shipping to Joshua soon so an XLR8 DP will be soon in the making. Thanks everyone for your support. I dont even own a TSX or work for XLR8 but i felt my old car 08 Accord would have benefited from this part so i posted there first then decided to post here and the support for such a part is great. Patience will win.

Is anyone able to get to Pheoniz, AZ to get a free downpipe fitted/tested. The other member I havent heard back from in a while so im not sure if he ever followed through mailing his stock dp.

I have a stock DP I can ship down, but I would want the stock unit back afterwards.

I shipped the unit to Excelerate today, scheduled date for arrival is Monday. I have emailed him the tracking number, so hopefully this goes well. I wouldn't be against doing a before and after dyno with the p2r vs. the excelerate DP. We can talk about that via email or private message, after they are able to setup the jig etc.

I have an update guys. Josh from XLR8 is sending the stock Downpipe to their fabricator very soon to get done. I'll keep you all updated as I am or otherwise Josh will update this thread.

Hi guys. I'm sorry i havent been able to update you guys due to my menengitis scare but the DP is still on schedule and going good. Josh at XLR8 will bee looking for someone with a TSX willing to do a dyno of their fully stock car then one with the DP if he can not find someone locally in Pheonix, AZ.

Out of curiosity, what is the status of this? I asked back in September, and it was stated that it (my oem pipe/cat) would be shipped back in the near future. And as we approach the turn of the calendar year, I am curious as to the status of this project.

The problem is we weren't able to make this pipe and put it to market for under $250, which is the same price as the other pipe on the market. Our pipe would look better and be made out of a higher quality material but it would still be $250. Is anyone interested at that price?

I did finally get my pipe back, however I never got the promised downpipe, or any compensation. But by the time I got the piece back, I just needed it to pass inspection, which I had failed already due to not having the pipe. So... end of the day, this fizzled into a grand nothing.
I have the p2r pipe for sell for super cheap, if anybody wants it. I can take pics, no damage, I just have the rv6 pipe now... so the p2r is just sitting in my basement.
