Will I need a new rear bumper?
My car took its first hit yesterday and it happened at my apartment parking lot. I can't tell if the damage was caused by another vehicle or it was vandalized. I checked my neighbors’ cars and none of them have any damage... What do you think?
Will I need a new rear bumper or do I have to have the whole bumper repainted? I'm not going to report it to my insurance. Any ideas of how much this will cost me?
Thanks in advance!

looks like an suv or pickup truck gave you the business.
a decent repair shop should be able to repaint it and touch up the scuffs

it's a car-drive it
looks like my bumper-paint scratches but no dents. Cost $350.00 to have it fixed and repainted.
My car was a dealer trade from the dealer in Ramsey

Just got back from work... Thanks for the quick replies! Based on your responses, I'll be spending anywhere from $350 to $600 to have it fixed. Thanks for the tip VQPower37 and definitively keep that in mind. PyroDave, my car is only 5 months old, and thanks for the heads up as well.
I'm off tomorrow and I will take my car to a body shop a friend of mine recommended me... Thanks again and I will keep you posted!

I was quoted $380 for the repair. The guy said the bumper had to removed and the whole thing had to be repainted. The place looked a little shady though... He told me to drop off the car tomorrow and he will work on it on Saturday and will be ready for pick up on Monday afternoon... I took his card and I told him I'll get back to him.
I have a question. I was looking at the aero bumpers and the cost or the rear one is about $500 and $600 for the front one. Does anyone know how much is the installation? Also, how is the ground clearance affected? Will I have problems in the snow?
Thanks!

I decided to buy the front and rear sports bumpers today. I called the nearest Acura stealership and they wanted $1450 (taxes and installation not included). Therefore, I got them from Acura of Temecula on Ebay for $1030 (shipping included). I didn't get the sides though... I'm still debating if I should get them and if they are worth $380.
FYI, Ebay has 10% off on car accessories purchases until May 1st. Since they are being shipped from CA, I will probably be getting them by the end of next week.
