Who is the most hated car company...

Three Wheelin'
A recent great example of why Acura is so annoying now:
- I received NUMEROUS follow up calls about a recent service experience, one from the dealership and many from corporate.
- Eventually corporate and I are able to connect and I share my experience, which was not horrible but not stellar either...middle of the road. They then send me not one but TWO surveys via email and encourage me to respond to them (so my conversation is not enough apparently).
- The next day I get a call from the dealership and have to explain it all again.
- The next day I get yet ANOTHER call from someone else at the dealership and they had everything from my last two conversations completely wrong so I had to explain it all once again.

VTEC just kicked in, yo!
My sales guy warned me about receiving customer satisfaction calls. He was trying to get me to give a score of 10/10 for each and every question, because "even a 9 is considered a failing grade for us". Of course, I received a couple of calls from Acura the week following my purchase of the TSX. I decided to give him 10s because he was pretty good at handing me free stuff and knocking down the price when I purchased the car, so I decided hey, I'm sure it was more work for you to give me stuff than it is for me to give you verbal 10s. They haven't called back in about 8 months time.
However, recently I went in for a TSB (the windshield side trim coming off), and I received a call from the dealership themselves about a customer satisfaction survey (I doubt the first call was from the dealership). I declined to do the survey and haven't received a call back since.
OP, seems like a few of your problems could be dealership-specific. To sum up, my dealership stops hassling me after my first response with them, and they also only contact me when it seems appropriate. Maybe if you're frustrated, the next time they call tell them to not call you back about this stuff again.

I agree with the suvey bs, but that is typical of everyone. My previous Audi was just the same and I finally told them I don't want to do these surveys anymore (done after every service) and they stopped. When I bought my Acura it was only a few questions and my salesman told me his commision was dependent on me giving a 5 on every question, which I did.
