I got mine cheap less than $100 OEM on ebay just got to learn how to look; If you have money to throw away buy it from a dealership but for $300+ theres better exterior mods to do

I got one at eBay for $70. Here is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Acura-09...-/140960192462
It's the cheapest I've have seen for an OEM lip spoiler with the color that I need. If you can't find a white one right now, I would just wait... It will eventually show up on eBay.

I bought a white one that is already painted from a wholesale acura parts dealer online for $309 shipped to my door. Not the best deal, but better than most I have seen out there.
Thanks for the help guys.

what would you recommend using then?

It comes with by far and away the best and toughest adhesive available, 3M tape. Just make sure you get it straight the first time as you will never get it off once the tape touches the trunk, without seriously ruining the spoiler, it sticks that well. Why do so many people not trust it?

^ that's what I thought myself. I think some eBay sellers use cheap double sides tape and try to pass it off as 3M.

I think I'd actually prefer this stuff------
General-purpose, clear RTV indoor/ outdoor sealant. Seals, bonds, repairs, mends and secures glass, metal, plastics, fabric, vinyl, weather stripping and vinyl tops. Protects and repairs electrical wiring. May be applied to horizontal or vertical surfaces.Waterproof and flexible. Temperature range -75°F to 400°F (-59°C to 204°C); resists water, weather, and vibration.

so I did the 2 sides a week ago but I didn't like the way the center still felt a little unstable so I lifted it about .25 of an inch and applied a little of this in 2 places near the center and it worked great! Highly recommend this stuff.....it feels solid as a rock now
