After seeing the improvements of the new 6 speed auto has done for the 2012 TL, you have to wonder when the new transmission will appear for the TSX. Since they did the slight re-design for 2011 I'm guessing we can expect to see it for maybe a 2013 model or maybe not until a full re-design of the car. Any thoughts?

 

Honda isn't much into keeping up with the Jone's. lol They do things on their own rhythm. If its not broken why fix it?

 

The 6 Speed Auto is sitting in my garage right next to the 4 cylinder TSX Turbo

 

Going by the pecking order, the 6AT went into ZDX, MDX, RL and then TL. So logically TSX and RDX will be the next in line.

Based on what happened to the TL, and the fact that they sold 15K RDX and 32K TSX in calendar year 2010, TSX should get the 6AT for model year 2012.
