I am getting a weird ringing noise both when shifting at high rpm and when driving on bumpy roads. Sound is coming from the front end and sounds like ringing (almost like keys jingling together). Any idea as to what this could be? I have searched the forum and found some suggesting it may be a wheel bearing. Thoughts?

Loose heat shield?

 

Doesnt happen super consistently, so I think it is a loose heat shield. Thank you guys for your suggestions!
