^ We know he's in the right, we didn't say he wasn't. We were just voicing our aggravation and he just handled it completely the wrong way. It isn't just the fact the grille isn't done, which is a big problem in itself, it's also HOW he handled it.

I mean on a much smaller scale, even i own my own little business and I know how important customer service is. It IS very important, especially if you want us to buy the product and then come back to them for all our future needs.

Do you think someone who put their hard-earned money down on the grille, had to wait more than a year for it, and had to put up with heel toe and the way they're handling this situation come back for anything else they may need?

making a nonexistent product exists takes time.
especially if he has a customer based business to run.

did any one get the grill yet? or when is estimated completion time? How long have people been waiting?

yep. our hands are tied on this grill. after all this waiting and constantly pushed back deadlines, empty promises, lack of updates (and dont say we can pm you for updates, if you have something to tell us about the product just say it), and etc, it just doesnt inspire confidence in heeltoe as a vendor

yeah, im sure he has a "strong" track record on aZine and has done business successfully with many a member here without issue,

but me personally, i think ill pass

3. dunno when work actually started, but around a year, give or take a few months im guessing

i think this 09-10 lower grill is good enough. i dont need a beak.

i can shave off the sides and work from there.

i already have a second 09 bumper to work off.

arts n crafts weekend!?!
