I have a 2010 tsx & it won’t start, battery is new, alternator is new & starter is new, some relays were changed & the ground cables were cleaned. When I’m driving all the lights flicker, screen & radio turns off & on & steering wheel had locked on me, the car won’t start unless I jump it, when I do jump it & turn it off it won’t start back up unless I jump, battery has been tested & charged , autozone & dealership said the battery is good, I have no clue what to do now, maybe an electrical issue anyone have a clue? Thanks

I'm still suspecting the battery or cable issue because it starts if you jump it. U would need to get it diagnosed better.
