Tranny Problem

I have a 2010 TSX, automatic. In fist gear, at low speeds, the RPMs spike, causing the car to lurch or leap forward. I can "
feather" it by lifting my foot just as it is happening, then it shifts into second and all good. But in traffic it's a nightmare! No codes, no check engine light. Doesn't seem to happen when it's cold. Someone said it isn't building up enough pressure inside the transmission to shift, probably due to a worn out seal, so i might as well rebuild it. It has 199k miles, but it's perfect in every other way! He recommended trying some of that seal conditioner to pour into the transmission. I was hoping someone else has experienced this and can share their fix, if there is one? Thanks!

Fluid level is good. I thought of that, had the oil change guy check it, he said it needed replaced, so we did, and level still shows good.

Make sure they used the correct ATF fluid from Honda/Acura. Automatic trans are very picky about what fluid goes into them.
