TPMS Torque Spec
TPMS Torque Spec
I finally got around to ordering a second set of TPMS sensors (the one ending in A52 - thanks for the tip TSXtech).
Just a heads up to everyone out there who's installing them themselves not to overtighten them. Apparently it's very easy to overtighten and cause a hairline fracture. Torque specs are only 3 ft lbs or 4 N meters for the nut apparently. The parts guy I got them from said to just snug them up and tighten a bit more.
If you overtighten I think you have to get a new grommet cause the old one gets damaged.
