Thinking of buying this 2010 leftover

The dealer is asking 28200 including destination. The color is white with parchment interior. Anyone think this is a good deal? Is the parchment a hard color to keep clean?

I just leased a 2010 leftover in MA a few weeks back. Total cap cost including all fees (roughly $1200) was about $27.5k. Tax is calculated on the monthly payment for a lease so the price above does not include it.

That is actually a great price. Waive off the 200 and settle for 28,000 with wheel locks ;-)

Basically it means I got the car (base 2010 tsx) for $26,300 before tax. I was just trying to give a recent comparison price on a 2010 leftover. I didn't realize the figure you gave was for a tech so in the end this probably doesn't help all that much.

If you do a search on the forums at edmunds.com for "TSX" there will be a "Prices Paid & Buying Experience" thread. You can find out a lot about what others have paid for the tech here.

Good luck!

I think this is a great price. It looks to me like they have subtracted the $1,500 dealer incentive, the $250 rebate and the approximate $1,000 holdback from the $30,202 invoice amount making the price that was quoted to you at the true dealer cost.

Hi guys thanks for your replies - I bought the car last night and the Pearl White is a beautiful color. The only thing I was thinking of getting right now is the remote start but was not going to pay the dealer $599. Any advice where to get it for less - I live in NJ.

That is an awesome price.....$28,200 OTD compared to $37,000 OTD in Canada, even with a $7000 cash incentive....

I am still debating if I should go for a 2010 base (cash deal) or lease a 2011 model......

I am assuming you are talking about the Premium model (Base in US) in Canada and not the Canadian Base model with cloth seat, no HID or foglights.

The 2011 TSX model are just arriving in the Canadian showroom, so you won't get much of a deal there. If you are going for the Premium model, then the upgraded Navi screen does not apply, however, the woody center console as well as rear vent would be missing from the 2010.

Yes, that's Acura of Langley. It's always better to shop around for the best price, unfortunately for me, back in May 08, there were no CBP Tech 6MT model in BC, so the Langley dealer had to bring one in from Red Deer, AB. Their service department is top notch.

Def the 09/10 looks better then the 2011 but I'm a little disappointed that we don't have vents in the back seats.

Oh man I'm blind. I saw the picture earlier today and was wondering what was the difference between the cars and now I see it's the 2010 and 2011 models. Foglights and grill are different? o-o

tone down grille, not too bad.

Boy I am loving my car! One quick question is there anyway to leave the MPG screen as the default when starting the car?

You got a great deal. Put this into perspective, Edmunds just tested an HPF Civic Si with a price tag of 30K.

The TSX is SOOOOO much more car than a Civic.

That is a great comparison shot. It show how much Honda DIDN'T change the grill on the 011's. Amazing how deaf car companies can be sometimes.

I didn't know there was a difference until I saw they side by side. I'm glad I got the '10 now.

Mine was a leftover 2010 purchased April 2011. Grigio with the Taupe interior no navigation and no options. $26,500 + ttl but they also gave me $7000 trade on my 06 Mazda6 with 105k miles so I guess I can't complain
