tail light wrapping?

tail light wrapping?
anyone do it?? i wanna get red and tint the lights keeping only the white for the reverse... being the tail lights are not smooth and have angles on em curious to see if anyone did em, had them done, know where to get the film and had any issues... ive seen it on ebay for cheap like $10 but i dont wanna waste hours and have em crap out on me
