Suntek PPF vs. 3M

Installer did a sample of each on my fender. the Suntek is not as distorting as the 3m. he didnt push one or the other. been using 3M since late 90s. but says he has had some real happy customers with the suntek.

anyone have experinece or opinions on each.
maybe we have installers on here

i know suntek makes a good window film. i searched and found posts on it. I only found one on their bra stuff.

i also have been googling but I cannot find anything factful/

I never knew they made clear bra but I do have their carbon tinit. It has been holding up pretty well over the past year. From what I remember they are a smaller company that is newer than many others out there.

Are they both the same thickness?

i think so. they are both 6 mils. but then he said the 3M has a spray on gloss that is 2 mils.

if you feel like reading

seems like they have been around the tint world for a while without issue.

this is a new product this year.

so huge risk but I know the place has been there since I moved here in 98 and he will cover any issues.

Been using Suntek since the Avery Nano supply dried up and have already installed it on well over 100 cars. My biggest dealership account has almost doubled their sales because it looks so good.

This whole fender is covered.
